Reservation data — retained for 7 years from the date of the reservation, in accordance with Austrian commercial law (§ 132 BAO; § 212 UGB).
Contact form enquiries not resulting in a booking — deleted within 6 months of the close of the enquiry.
Server log data — retained for no more than 30 days for security and operational purposes, then automatically deleted.
